HR Department of CMP
I. Introduction to HR Department
HR Department is the company’s functional department of HR development and management, primarily responsible for job analysis, HR planning, staff recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, compensation management, employee motivation, personnel training and development and so on. The main positions include manager, assistant manager, personnel management, labor management and so on, and the main responsibilities are as follows:
1. Responsible for assisting the General Manager in designing and organizing the implementation of the company’s HR planning and personnel development program.
2. Responsible for assisting the General Manager with related work of the company headquarters and the establishment of holding companies and organizations.
3. Responsible for assisting the General Manager in completing such work as staff recruitment and selection, staff and retired personnel management, compensation management, performance appraisal of the company headquarters, and giving guidance to corresponding work of holding companies.
4. Responsible for assisting the general manager with project personnel recruitment and payment management.
5. Responsible for assisting the General Manager with the inspection, selection, training and management of the company's reserve cadres and the inspection of project management teams of the company.
6. Responsible for the management of employees' personnel files and technical titles.
7. Responsible for completing other work assigned by the company leaders.
II. Basic requirements for employees

6. The ability to take risks: The company requires that employees should dare to struggle and act, that is, they should have the awareness and ability to take risks.
7. Personal quality and ethics: The company requires that employees should have good professional ethics, including the sense of responsibility, self-esteem, self-confidence, self-management, honesty, integrity, loyalty to company and honesty to users.
